Ginger Dillinger

With more than 35 years of experience in the Medicare insurance industry, Ginger has faithfully served clients through decades of change in the insurance landscape. Her depth of knowledge, paired with her steady guidance, has made her a trusted resource for individuals navigating Medicare for the first time.
Ginger has the heart of a teacher and a true gift for service. She believes understanding Medicare should feel clear and manageable — not overwhelming. Her ability to educate with patience and compassion has helped generations of families make confident decisions about their coverage.
An active member of Tate Baptist Church for over 40 years, Ginger also enjoys teaching children’s classes and serving her community. She was married to the late Bruce Dillinger of Corinth and is the proud mother of three children: Lanney, Meredith, and Will. She is also “Gigi” to her two grandchildren, Henry and Eli, who keep her joyfully busy.

Meredith is a Corinth native who returned to her hometown in 2013 to raise her family and continue building the legacy she grew up watching. After graduating from the University of Mississippi in 2009, she began her career in insurance in 2011 while living in Knoxville, Tennessee. Today, she works alongside her mom and mentor, Ginger Dillinger, carrying forward more than 35 years of trusted service in the community.
As the business has grown, Meredith’s role has continued to evolve. She is deeply committed to building strong systems, developing her team, and ensuring every client receives thoughtful, well-informed guidance. With a strong interest in finance, investing, and continuous learning, she brings structure, clarity, and long-term vision to Crossroads Insurance Services.
At home, Meredith and her husband, Bill, are raising two very active boys, Henry and Eli. She values faith, family, and community and attends Church of the Crossroads.
Allyson Russell

Allyson joined our office in 2015 and quickly became an essential part of our team. Encouraged to expand her role, she earned her Health Insurance License in 2019 and her Life Insurance License in 2025.
She specializes in Individual and Family Health Insurance, helping clients find practical coverage that fits their season of life — whether they’re self-employed, growing their family, or navigating a transition. As part of our Life and Ancillary Team, she continues to grow professionally so she can serve clients as their needs change.
Allyson is known for her ability to connect. She seems to know just about everyone who walks through our doors — and if not, she quickly finds a shared friend or familiar connection. Her thoughtful, steady approach helps clients feel comfortable and cared for.
After living in Belmont for 40 years, she moved to Saltillo in 2025. She values faith, family, and community, and enjoys spending time with her loved ones.

Bobbie Jo joined Crossroads Insurance at the beginning of this year and quickly knew she had found the right fit. With prior experience in the insurance industry, she chose to serve as our receptionist because she understands just how important the first impression can be.
She is truly a breath of fresh air in our office. Bobbie Jo believes every person who walks through our doors deserves to feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from their very first step inside. Her knowledge of the insurance world allows her to confidently guide clients in the right direction while supporting our team behind the scenes.
A wife of 24 years and mother of four, Bobbie Jo loves spending time with her family, attending church, and traveling whenever she gets the opportunity.
